Cancellation Policy

If you have set up a recurring donation or booked a specific service (such as an educational program or event), you may cancel it at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations for recurring donations will apply to all future deductions and cannot be applied retroactively to funds that have already been transferred.

For one-time service bookings, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Refunds for donations or subscribing to our services at Al-Faiz Foundation are subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the type of donation or service.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for specific purchases made on our website that do not include direct charitable distributions, educational sponsorships, or religious offerings, as those are services rendered immediately upon request.

In case you make a donation or book a service and for some reason it was made in error, you stand eligible for a full refund or reallocation of the same donation to some other cause of your choice.

Refunds for any physical items or literature are subject to inspection of the item and should be claimed on the same day.

If you are not satisfied with the services that you have received through us, you can request your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your transaction with a genuine reason for the same.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our donors to experience our programs wholeheartedly after their contribution to ensure it serves the community's needs.
